Cheesy Cheesy Riced Cauliflower
3-1/2 cups of riced cauliflower
1 T Butter
1 teaspoon of garlic powder chopped garlic
3-3/4 T cream cheese
1-3/4 cups of grated cheddar cheese or grated low far mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup of evaporated milk or fair life or any low-fat milk to make it less fat
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
Instructions
1. In a large pan, melt butter. Stir in garlic and riced cauliflower on medium heat.
2. Continue to cook cauliflower for about 7 minutes until its less white & tender
3. Turn down the heat and stir in cream cheese, cheese & milk until melted & combined.
4. Serve immediately
