Ginger Soy Kielbasa with veggies
1 Kielbasa cut up
2 cloves of garlic, peeled & chopped
1 T olive oil
In a heated pan put olive oil, garlic & kielbasa. Cook until thoroughly heated.
Chop up:
Onions
Yellow Squash
Zucchini
1 T. Olive Oil
Put all in a heated pan. Cook until vegetables halfway through. Add meat.
Peel & cut up fresh ginger or use powdered. Add Soy Sauce & ginger to the pan with veggies and let simmer for a while. Serve over rice or riced cauliflower.
